of outcomes of "Leading the Way" co-worker support
program.
LTW Training Systems, a division of Practical Employment
Services, was funded by the Department of Health and Family Services
to implement and evaluate the Co-Worker Training Model throughout
Australia. LTW approached the Centre for Developmental Disability
Studies (CDDS) for technical assistance with several elements
of this project, namely:
- Instrument selection and development
- Research design
- Data analysis
- Joint involvement in writing journal articles based on the
evaluation findings.
